Customers may provide a genuine written quote from another professional cleaning company covering the same property, scope, inclusions and comparable booking conditions — and where it meets our conditions, we’ll review it and aim to match or improve the price.
We believe customers shouldn’t be pressured to pay before the service is complete. Eligible customers can pay up to 3 days after their clean, subject to the payment terms agreed when the booking is confirmed — giving you room to finish your exit inspection first.
