If your real estate agent or property manager identifies a cleaning issue within the agreed service scope, contact us within 72 hours of cleaning completion.
For eligible cleaning concerns, Clearside will arrange a return visit to rectify the reported issue at no additional charge.

No. Carpet steam cleaning is an optional extra, starting from $40 per room or area, including GST.

Yes. Eligible customers can pay up to seven calendar days after cleaning completion, subject to approval and our payment terms.

We offer a cleaning rectification policy for eligible issues reported within 72 hours. We cannot guarantee the return of the entire rental bond because bond decisions may involve matters outside the cleaning service.
